Our Mini Chocolate Eclair is still done in the classic way with crème patissiere encased in choux pastry and a decadent layer of dark chocolate on top. While it is a relatively simple pastry; it will provide the simple pleasure of an awesome chocolate dessert, given our attention to details during the éclair making process.
